It was hard. You know? So sort of, like, on a day to day basis, you're being pulled as leader in this is not just on data, but everywhere, as to in a million different directions again. And you can be looking at a thousand things and really not be looking at anything at the same time. And so that was basically when we start to look into metrics trees. And that is how we start to orient our thinking around metrics trees and also understanding, you know, when we're talking about what does success look like. Yeah. It really kinda shapes that narrative way better than before where we were, you know, sort of going across the business and identifying, of course, KPIs. That's always been the case at MoonPay. We've been very good at that. But KPIs can mean a lot of things. Right? And there's also, of course, vanity KPIs, and there's a lot of things that people are measuring towards and, you know, the sake of measurement seems like it's a success in and of itself. But if we're being completely realistic, that's not the case. So that's been the experience for from my side, at least.
