Kind of building on a a real life example. We had one recently where we had a particular region, which had a sharp drop in in, basically, in revenue. So we saw the metric tree was down. We well, the revenue was down, we kinda got to the bottom of it, and we went off and explored, and we determined that it was a particular country. And that allowed us then to filter this this dashboard for that particular country, and we could then quickly figure out, okay, that particular country is down because of, you know, one of these respective tiles. And that, you know, took the the investigation, which would have historically been extremely difficult because you would have had to get teams from this transaction side and this customer side involved from the start. What happened is actually, again, in this instance, Emily raised it, but there is there has been multiple times when the PMs actually said, okay, guys. The metric tree is down on the left hand side because of new customer conversion rates. What's going on here? And then we could quickly dive into that and figure it out. So that happened in a particular country recently. Another one that springs to mind is we released a new addition a new version of our app, and the flow on that just wasn't working as expected. And, essentially, we had a few parts of this metric tree that had shown significant dips or or problems. And something that's on that scale when our app our app is a revenue driver for us. You know, a few days of problems is a lot of money, cost the business. And, historically, that kind of piles pressure on everyone, of course. You got the PMs that are getting shouted at by leadership. The PMs are then shouting at the data scientists. It's just all chaos. And then but, essentially, because of the metric tree, we managed to resolve that in a much, much quicker, process. And at the very least, we could say to them, look, we know what's wrong. We're investigating it. This is what's wrong, and we we're gonna get it fixed out for it. But historically, even getting to that stage of pinpointing what's wrong took too long, and that's when people get stressed because then they don't know what it is. It could be anything. And, historically, that was our main issue of just trying to get to that point, which then makes them obviously upset or frustrated.
